Additionally included in this latest photograph release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
